I found an active water leak in my garage on a Saturday afternoon. I called Dino at Family plumbing. I left a message and Dino returned my call fairly quickly. He sent over an associate to evaluate my problem. He was able to give me several estimates on how much it may cost. He said he'd start with the least expensive and go from there. He wasn't able to get the correct part until Monday morning. Monday morning arrived and the job took only 20 minutes.

My first experience with Family Plumbing Heating & A/C will not be my last! They have been great from the first day of contact to schedule appt to the follow-through on date of installation and small repair of a kitchen angle stop. Can't say that for everyone on our list for services so far. We just moved to a brand new community, new home, new county, so searching for a reputable contractor was of course a bit concerning. The workmanship was quick, professional, and the two technicians who came to our house were friendly and efficient. The company mgr who I dealt with directly in the beginning helped me maneuver through some hiccups with our community's HOA the day of our installation. He was understanding and accommodating to my unforeseen predicament. I definitely recommend the entire team! Good vibes, good work, fair pricing. Worked WITH me, not against me.

I was satisfied with the work that was done. the plumber. John literally tightened a connection with his hand at the bottom of the sink drain and it so far has not leaked but the bathroom has not really been used. However, the $179 charge to tighten that connection with his hand seems excessive.

Had a problem with my thermostat not working on an old mobile home furnace I have switched in for a newer model than my previous one I have done this before it usually easy install all wiring was in should have worked but still nothing. I figured it must be something electrical it looked like it was. I called Family Plumbing Heating & Air cause a fried referred me. They got to me fast and got to give it to Gee Smithson the service pro they sent down he helped rewire and get the furnace back up and running man it was needed its been getting way to cold, they had great pricing as well, hope this helps.

I called around and just got the run around until I called Dino. He personally picked up, and I gave him the situation which was on a late Friday afternoon and trying to get someone before the weekend for my tenant who had no hot water was crucial. Family plumbing did a leak discovery (found a leaking pipe in our concrete slab), they did a complete repiping of our home and installation of a hot water recirculating system. Start to finish they are outstanding folks to work with! Excellent communication during the whole process. If they said they were coming you could count on them to be there. Great service... John was professional and friendly. A bit higher price than expected for a drain cleanout, but haven't kept up with current pricing, so may be the same everywhere. They were able to come out within a couple hours, so will be worth calling next time we need something.

Saturday our AC unit went out after 26 years. We were bummed to say the least! However, Family Plumbing, Heating & AC made the process as easy as possible. We met with Gee first who walked us through the process. We appreciated his knowledge and the fact that he wasnt pushy and patiently answered all our questions. By Tuesday, Gee and Albert had a new unit installed and it is working great! They were both so professional and easy to work with. They didnt stop until the job was done and done well. We also had great experiences with Dana, the office manager (so sweet and helpful) and Andrew. We even had the manager, Dino reach out to explain something, super helpful! This is actually our second time using this company, we had them come out and install a new garbage disposal as they do plumbing as well! We will definitely use this company in the future! Had one of the guys come to this house Im purchasing, Stephen came out pretty quick and checked everything out, installed the strap in the water heater that I dont know was missing, checked my water pressure and all that good stuff. I usually don't hire a plumber but I was in over my head. Darrell came out and advised how I can complete the job on my own at no charge. Next day I needed that extra help and Darrell came back and completed the job with a military discount. I was expected to be overcharged but I was treated like a human being with a plumbing issue. This is a company you can trust and I don't say that lightly.

Found out thru another larger A_C that I had mice. Verified by pest control. Larger company said needed new duct work and new insulation, pest and other A_c people said no to insulation. Quote from larger company was 25k for duct and insulation. Family did duct work for more than half off larger company quote no insulation done as multiple others said it was fine, no odor or any other reason to replace insulation. Overall bigger doesn't mean better. Great cost, service and customer service

I've been using Family Plumbing for years, from replacing my hot water heater, new AC, and plumbing issues. EVERY single time they are able to service my home same day, with extraordinary service. The staff that comes to my home are always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. They make it a point to clean up after themselves and any mess that have resulted prior to the service. Darrell was at my home today, great person, friendly and so helpful, he gave me tips to keep my home from having the same issue again and prevent them from having to do another possible service call. We had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend. After calling several places Family Plumbing answered - a real employee, not a message service or auto message platform. They offered options, clear communication and fair rates even for weekend work (another company wanted to charge $300 just to come out on a Saturday & it would not go towards cost of service - no thank you). Family Plumbing sent Darrell to repair our problem and he was honest, straight-forward, fixed our issue and offered great advice and awareness for our plumbing system as whole. I highly recommend and will use again if need be.

Had a bulge in my ceiling. Called and a technician was at my house in 45 minutes. Leak was found and fixed within 30 minutes of that. They didn't even charge me the after hours rate. The owner Dino is the first HVAC owner Ive spoken with that helped me trouble shoot a problem over the phone! I had asked to send someone out with experience with our specific unit and they did just that without any issues! Doug was our technician and he showed up within the designated time frame. He notified me prior to arriving ( greatly appreciate as a homeowner with a pet and toddler). Our a/c stopped working right before an upcoming heat wave. Doug was able to get it back up and running for our family. He provided great service and was kind and friendly.

Called family plumbing heating and air on Monday morning due to our downstairs AC not bowing cold air. Was told a tech would be on site by 2pm. Gee arrived at 2pm and I explained the problem. Within 10 minutes he had the capacitor replaced and cold air blowing. He also showed me how to flush the clogged drain line for the AC unit. I have just use Family Plumbing Heating and Air again and again excellent, professional and friendly service by all employees. They are dependable, on time and they get the job done! Im a senior citizen and handicap, my air conditioning stopped working had family plumbing heating & air come out to fix . The service was about 30 minutes and they replaced capacitor on the unit and charged me $850 to replace a $50 part. I recommend not using this company as they charge exorbitant fees. My star rating is one star.

My AC unit was not working correctly so I called the Family. They scheduled an appointment for me that day, yes I was given a 3 hour window for a technician to come, but Julio was there on time and quickly made the necessary repairs. Julio was AWESOME, very personable, gave me a quick estimate, was honest, and very loyal to his business and supervisors. Because of Julio I would definitely use The Family again if other heating, plumbing or AC problems arise. Thank you.

We experienced difficulties with an under-performing A/C unit, which was unable to reduce the home temperature below 88F, a truly uncomfortable temperature, especially for my elderly parent and GSD. Doug arrived promplty at our home and proved very amiable and knowledgeable about his area of expertise and managed to explain the cause of the difficulties we were experiencing without expressing condescension (which was appreciated). It was a lovely experience overall.

Our AC stopped working during the worst time and the normal person we use was unable to come due to injury. I panicked thinking I wouldnt get scheduled by anyone for at least a week or two. I started searching online looking for a small family owned business and they popped up with really great reviews. My entire experience with them was phenomenal. They answered right away in the morning and a human answered, not an automated system. He was able to send someone to me after their current customer. I got a call 10min later from the guy saying he was on his way. G arrived within the 30min he said he would. G was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was and after verifying it, he had the part on hand and it was a quick fix. He was in and out in less than an hr and my AC started working immediately. Im so grateful to them especially since the last place said they couldnt get me in for another week and we are looking at triple digits this week. I will keep them on hand and refer others as well.

We used Family Plumbing & Air /Heat to replace our air conditioner a couple of weeks ago. We called 4 other local companies to come and give a quote since this is an expensive repair. Family Plumbing and A/C was the best price. A fee days later, we were added to the schedule and they came and installed the unit. As with many projects, things didn't go as planned and guys were here until late. There were a few cosmetic things that were detected after words and a simple call into the office, I was told they would be repaired. Due to the busy a/c season they had to schedule us out, I totally get it. There was plenty of communication and professionalism along to way. I would will continue to use this company and highly recommend.

Julio was out here right on time. Got my AC blowing cold again within an hour. Not the first time I've used Family, won't be the last.
